Instructions:
Teams start drill with ball played into 3v1 in smaller area 10x10 by the coach on the outside. The 3 players attempt to keep possession for a set amount of time, approx 1minute, however if ball intercepted then the attacking player in black plays ball to his team in possession in the large area

Session starts with 3 touch
Note:
If the 3 defending players in red win the ball back, they re-enter the small area and keep possession. The attacking players alternate their defensive duties to attepmt to win the ball back.
Attacking players in Black look to alternate players moving in and out of small grid whilst in possession.
Variations:
Reduce to 2 touch per team
As a conditioning drill, outside players must sprint to a marker on the outside once theyve played a pass to a team mate, then re-enter the 20x20 grid.
