Progression of TR 1
Put 1 GK, 1 player in the middle for Red and 1 player in the defending third for Blue as an additional defender
If they could bypass the middle third, then Red can attack to the goal with 2 players who was in the attacking third and 2 FBs without defender (as quickly as possible)
Same as previous training, if Blue win the ball, can try to dribble through the white line

Progression of TR 2
Add 2 more blues as an additional defender and they have to wait behind the white line till Red players touch the ball
When Red players in the attacking third touch the ball then it is free of play
It will simply be 7v7+GK

The pitch will be devided into 3 zone
4 players play in each zone and they try to pass the ball to the end of the pitch (opposite side)
Blues will be defender and have to play in between Red line in the middle
If Blues win the ball try to dribble through the white line which is behind Red team
2 touches will be applied for Red team but if they could bypass the middle third with 1 touch, will get double point
