-Once player A has reached the disc and has made eye contact Player E continues the sequence.
- Sequence and rotation is the same as the 1st drill, except the players now perform a "give and go" at each pylon.
COACHING POINTS
.Receiving:
-Starting position of player- the receiver must be behind and at an angle where they can comfortably receive the ball and take a directional touch toward the next receiver.

Organisation:
-The activity takes place in the 20 x 20 area. 3 v 3 with target players.
- Adjust based on the quantity of players.
- Cones (gates) set up as target areas in the 4 corners, approx 3 yds apart.
OBJECTIVE
-The objective is for the teams to retain possession and score a point by passing to their target player between the gates. If successful the target player dribbles the ball into the area, the player who passed takes his spot.
Progression Players who play into the target player have to play a1-2, or target player plays a pass to another teammate, rotate target players every 2 minutes. This then forces player with the ball to be a decision maker
-After scoring a point the team then attacks in the other direction.
Coaching Points:
-Width/depth: When your team has the ball get big and strectch the field
-Support: angles and distances when supporting the player with the ball
-penetration: can you pass between players
-Movement: move to receive
scan the field
