Organization:
-Teams are split evenly
-2 Gates on defensive side of field
Instructions:
-Players try to get past defenders and through defenders without getting tagged
-Players switch after each turn
Coaching Points:
-Fake defender out to open up space
-Accelerate quickly once space opens up
Progressions:
-Makes gates smaller
-Time limit to be able to earn points

-Teams split into two teams
-2 Goals on defensive side of goal
Instructions:
-Player with the ball must try to get by defender and score on either goal
Coaching Points:
-Juke defender to create space
-Accelarate quickly towards goal
-Take a shot when open
Progressions:
-Add a goal on other side to give defense a chance to get points too
-Time limit to get a shot off
