Transfer Game (20 mins)
Red team start with the ball and two yellows come in and try and win ball back. Reds must make at least 4 passes before transferring ball to blue box. Only successful transfer if ball is not intercepted in middle box. As soon as blue team touch the ball, 2 yellows must then go in and try win ball.
Once intercepted the yellows the go into the end box and team that lost it now must go in middle box and try and win ball back.
End box players have maximum 3 touches on the ball

Change of direction game (20 mins)
Blues are defending the two small goals but are trying to score into the big goals. Reds defend the big goal but look to score into smaller goals. If goal is scored by reds, they automatically restart and switch to shoot into big goal and blues must get into shape and defend

Shooting / Defending (20 mins)
Player at side of goals plays a diagonal ball out to player in box. Player has 2 touches to shoot preferably from within the box. Once player has passed ball out he goes to back of queue to receive shot. Player shooting then goes to side of goal to play diagonal ball out.
Progress by having the opposite player behind goal close striker down when ball is played out. Defender comes out as soon as ball played

Arpignon (30 mins)
Every player starts with a ball
1. Must hit cross bar to advance from 18 yeard line
2. Must pass ball into one of the circles to advance
3. Goal has a rope tied half way up the goal, must strike ball over the rope into the net to advance
4. Must pass ball through the cones and then through the ladders one touch. Can only advance if ball goes through cones. EVen if ball doesn't must still do the fast feet
5. Must score a corner with left foot to advance
6. Must score a corner with right foot to advance
7. Leave ball to the side, sprinr round discs then run back and get your ball to advance
8. Keepy uppy with feet through 1st box, keepy uppy with knee through second box and keepy uppy with head through third box. If ball drops must go back to the very start
9. Must hit either post to advance
Repeat cycle untill alloted time is up (20-30 mins)
Use only your ball.
Prize for 1st and 2nd prize and forfeit for last place person. If caught cheating, must go back 2 stages.
