3rd Man Run / Midfield Pass & Receive - (15 mins)
Organisation:
Playing area 40 x 30 yards, (reduce based on working conditions)
2 areas with 8 players can be used or 1 large area 16 players.

Instructions:
A passes square to B
B pass inwards to C
C plays short pass back to >B .
B then plays forward angled pass into the path of A, (B then becomes supporting midfield player.
A plays forward pass to D
D then switches play accross to E, who plays forward pass into midfield B
B then plays short pass back to E who plays forward angled pass for D to run onto and play straight pass to A. A then switches accross to B to START OVER.
NOTE:
Players B and E always ends up back at their original starting positions after midfield supporting run.
Players A and D are continuously switching positions.
Variations: Add defending live players into the middle and reduce to 1 touch where possible.
