Passing & Moving Square (10 mins)
Passing & Moving Squares - Players are in each corner of a large square and pass the ball long straight forward then through the middle.. Two players start in the middle. Receiving the ball with an open body shape and passing it out the other side of the square. Players always follow there pass.

Possession (10 mins)
Possession- 5v5v5 possessional play. Players passing and moving in small compact areas in one and two touch.

Finishing (10 mins)
Finishing - 3 cones set up, 1 in middle and 2 out wide. First player on middle cone dribbles to goal with a move and shoots. 2nd Player on middle cone plays the ball out wide and makes a near post run. Players out wide dribbles to the end line and crosses. Player out wide on opposite side makes a back post run for finish. 3rd player in line plays ball out side to opposite side and makes near post run for finish. Players rotate to the right and everything is repeated.

Sprints (5 mins)
Sprints - Players lineup on touch line and at coaches command sprint forward and jog back. Have players on their toes before sprinting. Do this two times then have players hopping and then sprint on command two times.
Bring players in and give last set of instructions then take the field
