Set Up: Area width of pen box x 30 yrds. 1 big goal, 2 target goals in opposite corners of end area. Play 4v4 with GK in big goal, 1 team of can play as floaters around edge of area which team in possession can use.
Format: Attack Vs defence to score in big goals, if def win ball they score in small goals & win possession for their team to attack big goals. 4 min games then rotate outside team.
Key Points: Attacking - Build up play, movement to create space, options for player on ball, decision making, ruthless in front of goal.
Def: 1v1 def, compact shape work together to press the ball, communication, win possession & transition to score quickly.
