Help your players to how and when to find space in tight areas using both angles and movement off the football
Why do we move or pass the ball - to move the opposition
When we move the opposition, what does that create - Space.

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Retaining the ball to play forward or behind the defender..
One group (reds) must retain the ball for x passes (5 passes for team of 4 dependant on ability) to get a point or play a forward ball to a player in the other zone to get a point at any point. (3v1 or 4v1, dependant on numbers)
Alternate sides to restart when ball is dead.
Team in the middle (blues) sends one player in to press the ball and just pass the ball to their team mates in the middle to pass the ball to the mini goal.
Remaining blues in the middle zone try to intercept or block the forward pass, if they intercept - they play the pass to a mini goal.
If ball goes to other side, another player from blues then presses whilst the blue player from previous zone then drops into the middle zone.

Players should know where the space is to move into, where their team mates are for support and where the opposition is to create space to receive the ball.
Short sharp 2 yard movements to create an angle to receive the ball.
This is important for players to talk on the pitch and give instructions for example 'TURN'.
The players without the ball should be constantly moving into space, if theyve not received the ball within 3 seconds - they should be moving to create a better angle of support.
