Windows:
1. Set up cricle (make it tight) and mini cricle on inside
2. Half players w/ball on outside, half w/o ball on inside
3. Inside players move to outside and return pass to sever (coach designates each task)
4. After returning ball to sever inside player must go through mini crocle and then back out to a different sever.
5. Change inside/outside players after each minute
Tasks can be:
- Volleys
- Headers
- Chest, volley, etc
Coaching Points:
Fast, controlled movement
Quality of technique with touch and pass
Deman high intensity

Futsal tournament (30 minutes)
1. Set up several fields with pug goals to play 3v3 or 4v4 Futsal games
2. Play 4 minute games, winners move up, losers move down
3. I have Futsal balls at Intra Sport, ask Luis at front desk when you arrive for balls
4. Do NOT allow players to use boards, create lines for each field w/cones
Coaching Points:
- movement of the ball, angles of support
- positive in 1v1 situations
- keep possession and be patient
- enourage creativity w/ball in high traffic
