Set Up:
- 3 poles set up in triangle
- Poles about 7m apart
- 3 players required for static pass and receive
- 4 players require to follow pass
- 1 ball per triangle
Timings:
- 15 Minutes
Organisation:
- Play begins on coach's whistle
- Player in possession will pass to teammate.
- Player follows the pass
- Player who receives the ball will check off the pole (defender) to create space and receive on back foot.
- Players then passes to next player in the direction of pass rotation and follows his pass.
- 3rd player will receive pass, and it starts again.
Coaching Points:
- Technical - Passing
- Non passing foot on the ground next to ball
- Knee points to target
- Lock ankle of passing foot
- Passing foot finishes high
- Technical - Receiving
- Check off the pole to create space
- Pre-scan before receiving the ball
- Receive on back foot
- Receive facing forward to play forward
- Receive using the inside of foot to control pass.
- Look and pass to where team mate wants to receive it

Set Up:
- Players set up in a line with 3 players
- 1 ball per line of 3 players
- Optional pole depending on age group to assist in creating an angle
Timings:
- 15 Minutes (rotate players every 5 mins)
Organisation:
- Play begins on coaches whistle
- Players in possession will along line to middle player
- Middle player will receive on back foot and move ball to player next along the line
- Play then starts again
- Progression #1
- Coach steps in to apply passive pressure
- Player who passes ball responsible to call "man On" and receiving player will perform a bounce pass
- Progression #2
- Receive and pass on opposite feet
Coaching Points:
- Technical
- Non passing foot on the ground next to ball
- Knee points to target
- Lock ankle of passing foot
- Passing foot finishes high
- Receive on back foot
- Receive forward to play forward
- Receive using inside of foot (45 degree if needed to get ball back in front of player or away frrom a defender)

- Players set up in pairs if odd work as 3
- 1 ball per pair
- 8 cones per area
- set up 4 passing gates gradually getting smaller
Timings:
- 10-15 Minutes
Organisation:
- Play begins on coaches whistle
- Player with ball starts on first level and passes through gate one
- if successful player goes to level 2 then level 3
- Once first gate is complete work in same manner through gate 2, 3 and 4

Activity: Play a 2v2 or 3v3 game, keep score and competitive all the time

STB - Individual
Set Up:
- Back set up with manakins
- 3 groups of players each player with a ball
Timings:
- 15-20 minutes
Organisation:
- Play starts with player A runner at the manakin and finishing on goal
- Player A then receives the ball from player B and sets for a first time finish
- Player A and B make recovery runs and player C plays a ball into space behind the defence
- Player A plays a ball from wide area across the box for Player B and C to finish
- All players rotate to new starting position
