SAQ colour cone races

Set Up: SAQ set up as shown with a hoop, 2 different coloured cones & target goals, players in groups of 3/4 . On coach call 1 player from each cone races to hoops, fast feet on coach call they race around the coloured cone called out & 1st player to touch the goal scores a point, keep repeating.

Progressions: Players run around opposite colour shouted e.g Red they race around Blue.

Add in football in front of cones, 1st player to score.

Key Points: Speed & agility, awareness, finishing.
