Attack vs Defense w/Channels
Pitch as shown with boundaries & channels marked out. This is played using the width of the 18 yard box (make wider if necessary.)
Yellow is using free play & movement to attack the goal against the Red defensive team.
The Red back 4 are locked into their channel & cannot defend in any other channel. The 2 Red DM's can move & defend freely.
Yellow must used quick ball movement to isolate a defender & attack them via 1v1 or overloads. Midfield & FB runners can provide 2v1 opportunities.
Place 6 Balls in the center circle. Each attack starts when the Yellow DM runs back & retrieves a ball. Red defender must get back to their starting marker (practicing pushing up the line)
Once the 6 balls have been used, the round is over.
