First two in each of the teams start the drill off. They have to pass the ball up the park and score into the net. The next set of players goes as soon as their team mates have had a shot at goal. Players can’t shoot until they are in the shooting zone.

After a few minutes the number of touches will be limited to two or first time passes.

1st team to score 10 goals wins.

Red team set up to defend, Blue team as attackers.
First player in the red team starts the drill of by dribbling in to the scoring zone and having a shot at the open goal before turning to defend.
As soon as the shot has been took. The 1st two players from the blue team come and attack in a 2v1. Shot can’t be taking until they are in the scoring zone.
Swop over after 5 minutes. Team with most goals wins.

Small sided games. 3v3
Limit the touches to 3 touch to move the ball faster.
Progression 6v6 can score in any two goals.
Finish with free play.

On the whistle, the first players at the start of group must run through their own gate and on to the pitch before trying to run through the other team’s gate without being tagged.
Point for each time successful.
After a few minutes the tiggers become the runners.

Speed : arms going from sockets to pockets. Big strides.
Agility: quick changes of directions.
