Set up: 20x20 yrds with 3 goals set up as shown, 2 GK in 2 goals, players positioned at points A, B C with a ball each.
Format: A dribbles out & shoots at goal, B will then play a pass to A for a 2nd finish. At this point C will break out & attempt to score in other goal where Gk is, A transitions to defend against C. A will move to B, B to C, C to A & drill repeats.
Progressions: Attack opposite end goal.
Key Points: Technique & timing of shot
When pass comes in from B, focus on the ball as it comes towards you for a more cleaner accurate shot.
Transition to defend quickly & recovery run.
