Organization:
-Players divided into two groups as shown
-Distance and space depends on space available and abilities of group
Instructions:
• Player A starts the activity, dribbling toward the first red cone in the middle, they must start each action with a move (any move they want)
• As player A dribbles Player B moves away from the cone opening space, player A and B combine using a double pass.
• Player B plays the first pass back to player A then runs into space around the cone, player B recives the second pass wit their front foot and plays quickly with their back. Player B and C perfrom the samecombination, player C must finish before the halfway point, through the gate for a point

2) speed of play
3) reciving on front foot to play with the back foot
4) movement off the ball
5) keeping track of score-Competition
6) Timing of movemnt off the ball
Progressions:
P-Progression similar activity, now with a wall pass instead of a double pass.

Organization:
-Two lines of equal numbers.
-10 x 15 Yard Area.
Instructions:
• Player A takes a touch to either side to begin the activity then plays to B.
• B opens up and finds C.
• On C's first touch A becomes a passive defender and applies pressure to C.
• C beats A by combining with B using a give and go
• Rotation: A to B, B to C, C to A.
Coaching Points:
1) Quality of check
2) Communication
3) Quality of pass
4) Drive at defender's front foot
5) Keep ball close, touch on every step
6) Play late as possible with outside foot
7) Direction and weight of return pass
8) Quick movement to receive the ball back again
Progression:
- Defender is live. Play 2v1 to endlines. Keep score and play a league table format.

Organization
• 30 x 40 yard area set up as shown (Dependig upon age and ability)
• Players divided into team teams of 6 and 2 neutral players in the middle zone
• Fild set up as shown
• Extra soccer balls behind the goals
Instructions
-Both teams play with 3 defenders and a GK in the defensive 1/2 and 2 attackers in the attackig 1/2
-All play starts with the GK
-In order to progress into the attacking 1/2 the team must play through a neutral player, the player making the pass may continue into the attackig 1/2 to create a 3v3 situation.
Coaching Points
1) Accuracy, weight of passes
2) Movemnt off the ball, body positon to break lines
3) speed of play
4) distribution by GK to enable quick attack
5) Patience in posession to create chanes (how do we create chances?)
6) Quickness in transitions to catch the opposing team out of shape an quicky createing chances
7) Possible combinations to creating scoring chances (Wall Pass, Overlap, 3rd man runs)
Progressions/Regressions
P-Any player (but only one) can enter the attacking 1/2 after playing through neutral player
P-Attacking team can skip the neutral players and play directly to attacking players
R-One neutral and one player from Defending 1/2 can enter attacking 1/2

Dynamic warm-up (15 mins)
Organization:
Players dived into 4 lines as shown
20 yard area with tall cone marking middle
Instructions:
First player in line performs dynamic warm-up movement, next player in line copues movement and leaves when first player reaches the midpoint. First player peels off in th opposite direction from the line directly accross from them and returns to their line. Process reapeats for each skill.

-Coordinate movement with the player to your right and left
