Format :- 4v4v4 (possession + pressing)
Setup Area: - 30 x 15 m - 3 zones (2 end zones + 1 middle zone) - Middle zone: defenders only
Equipment: - 20 cones - 3 bib colours - 15 ball
Organisation : - Teams A & B stay in their zones( AO) - Defending team starts in middle zone ( DT) - Ball starts with one possession team
Objective: break the pressing line and play into the opposite zone
Rules / Conditions:
- ( AO) In Possession (Team A or B) - Keep possession - Break the defensive line with - Good weight of pass - Correct timing - Pass must go through or around defenders - One-touch / two-touch encouraged
- ( DT) Defending Team (Team C) , Starting condition: - 2 players press - 2 players hold in middle zone
Progression: - 3 players press vs - 1 player holds (screen)
Transition Rules :
- If defending team wins the ball : Immediate pass to the opposite zone
- Team that loses possession: Immediate press to recover ball
Coaching point :- Body shape to play forward
- Scan before receiving
- Timing of pass vs pressure
- Support angles behind the ball
- Reaction after loss

Objectif of the session :
Progression from Zone 3 into Zone 4 ( Ao) / Try to win it within 5 second ( DT)

Formations:
My Team : 1-2-3 ( Head Coach )
Opposition: 1-2-1-2 ( Assistant Coach )
Area: From penalty box to halfway line, central corridor only (no wide areas)

Rules: Every time the ball go out we start from the keeper ( no corners and no through in )

Scenario :
In our last game, when the opponent pressed us high, we kept the ball but couldn’t break their midfield line in Zones 3–4.
We played too fast forward, or too safe sideways, and we didn’t create enough chances
Field Setup :
- Half pitch Full width
- 1 big goal with GK
- 2 small goals (opposition) placed left and right replicate the 7 - 11
- 15 - 20 Balls always starts with the assistant coach 2 (attacking team)
- 2 sets of bibs
- 1 Head Coach - Assistant Coach 1 ( Coach the opposition ) - Assistant Coach 2 ( Play the balls to attacking Team ) - Goal Keeper Coach ( will use him for the lines men )
Organisation :
- ( 1 Gk + 7 vs 8 ) Progression ( 1 GK + 8 VS 8)
- ( Bleu ) Team I Coach (Attacking Big Goal)
Formation: 4 - 4 Replicate of 1-4-4-2
Focus: possession, patience, breaking The line

Defend with high pressure in zone 3 /4 (front 3/4) Score on 2 small goals
Transition: central attack + wide support (RW/LW)
