1. How were you able to affect the individuals in the practice?
You influenced the players by focusing on the fundamentals of passing, such as body positioning, accuracy, and technique. By providing clear instructions and consistent feedback, you helped them improve their technical skills. The use of challenges and progressions motivated players to stay engaged and pushed them to perform under pressure, enhancing their overall development.
2. What can be done to make sure you have the same, or an even better, impact next time?
To ensure a similar or better impact, you can analyze the players’ performance from this session to identify areas for improvement. Adapting exercises to individual needs and offering personalized feedback will keep players motivated. Monitoring progress and maintaining a balance between challenge and support can further enhance the effectiveness of your coaching.
3. What’s the main thing you can do to make the session even better next time?
Introduce more variety to the exercises, such as dynamic passing drills or scenarios with increased pressure. Focus more on communication and decision-making to simulate real game conditions. Incorporating self-reflection moments where players identify their strengths and areas to improve can also add value to the session.
