Organisation
Two teams start inside a 20m x 50m area (end thirds 20m x 15m with 20m x 10m scoring zone in each and a 20m x 20m middle third). All players start in the middle third. The team objective is for a player to run with the ball from the middle zone into the scoring zone. Coach starts play by serving the ball into the middle third. Possession team pass the ball in the middle third until an opportunity arises to run with the ball into the final third. Possession team score a point by running with the ball into the scoring zone while maintaining controlled possession. Defending team can chase with as many players as possible to try and win the ball before the attacker reaches the scoring zone. If the defending team win the ball they must run with the ball back into the middle third and play continues. All players must return to the middle third as quickly as possible after break. If ball goes out of play, ball restarts with coach.
