Activity:
Coach calls an attacking number and that player dribbles back then forward and drives long ball into back 4.
Defenders read play by pushing up, then dropping back and dealing with long ball.
Progression:
+ Add attacking center forwards (1v4, 2v4)

Setup:
Half field with a few poles to mark defenders
3 teams (front 6 players - 2 or 3,8,10,7,9,11)
Activity:
Ball starts on #2 who dribbles inside and plays forward to #9, lays off to #10 who finds #7 out wide for cross into box with #11, #9, #8 crashing in box.
Other team mirrors on other side (ball starts on #3).
Progression:
~ Play to #7 feet and early cross to corner of 6-yard box on far post. Focus on timing of that run to far post.
Coaching Points:
+ Timing of runs in box: Leave late arrive on time.
+ Timing of runs in box: Arrive in golden zone as ball arrives
+ Interchanging positions: #9 goes back post, #11 goes near post, #8 comes in late
+ Momentum of runs is on frame

Specify the rotation of teams as the game goes quickly.
Activity:
3v3 in the box.
Team that scores stays on.
QUICKLY rotate to new team where rotation always same. Blue-- >orange-->yellow-->etc...
Winner is team that scores the most goals (keep track).
Coaching Points:
+ Use the ball to move the defense.
+ Opposite movement when ball goes wide
+ Aggressive mentality to finish

Activity:
Team in possession keeps possession in one half and attempts to play into feet of opposite target.
Team in possession scores by moving ball from target to target and back.
Once switch is made, everyone transfers over to other zone to create overload and try to switch back.
Coaching Points:
+ Constant support around ball (as many passing lanes as possible)
+ Do the basics: Face the way you want to play, receive far foot, play in 2-touch.
+ After switch, make sure player on ball has options left, right and split (in that order)
