3Vs2:- one of the two WHITE PLAYERS plays the ball into one of the YELLOWS for then to attack the goal. YELLOWS can’t shoot until the move pasted the poles into the second half of the field. WHITES should work together to stop the YELLOWS from scoring. WHITES stay tight and compact to force the YELLOWS wide. Make sure one of the WHITES is covering the one that’s pressing the ball so they don’t get caught with a ball in behind.

Passing Warm Up
PASSING ZONE 1:- Player 1 plays a 1-2-3 with player 3 who then plays it into player 4 who then plays the ball to player 2 in a five pass passing pattern. PLAYER 1 replaces PLAYER 3 in the in between the poles while PLAYER 3 moves too the top cone and PLAYER 4 follows his pass to the opposite cone.
PASSING ZONE 2:- Player 1 plays a 1-2 with PLAYER 4 then pass number 3 is played in behind the poles. PLAYER 4 should move to the bottoms poles then change direction and run in passed the pole to receive the pass. PLAYER 4 then plays 1-2 with PLAYER 5 then plays a 3rd pass in between the flat markers. PLAYER 1 changes with 4 & 4 moves into top cone while 5 moves down to bottom cone.
PASSING ZONE 3:- PLAYER 1 dribbles then plays a 1-2 with PLAYER 4. PLAYER 4 should move to bottom pole then change direction to move too top pole. PLAYER 1 then plays a through ball for PLAYER 4 to run onto. The PLAYER 4 plays 1-2 with PLAYER 5 then plays a pass between the flat markers into the path of PLAYER 5 as he runs towards the bottoms cone.
