Aim
To focus on the Technique of the jump shot
Objectives
1 Use warm-up to bring in movements used during the jump shot
2 Break down the parts of the jump shot into its main components slowly building it back up
3 Structure game around rewarding successful jump shots to push performers to attempt them more

Pair up into groups of 2

Standard Handball rules
Outfield players can touch the ball with any part of their body that is above the knee.
Once a player receives possession, they can pass, hold possession or shoot.
If a player holds possession, they can dribble or take three steps for up to three seconds without dribbling.
Only the goalkeeper is allowed to hold the ball in the goal area
Goalkeepers are allowed out of the goal area but must not retain possession if they are outside the goal area.
Game conditions- normal goals 1 point, jump shot goals 2 points (5 passes in a move then a jump shot goal 3 points?)

3 steps between each bounce
When ball is in two hands only 3 steps max then pivoting
