Reds vs. Blues (5v2/6v2)
Blues get a point every time they get the ball through the thirds into the end player - whilst being pressure by the two red defenders. Blues may progress the ball, by dribbling, sequence of short passes or even one long pass into the end player, each time they are successful they score a point - however once the reds win the ball, the blue game is frozen and the red game becomes live, the two red defenders must recover to their side to support teammates and the quickest two blue defenders may enter the red game to apply pressure.
As the game progresses the players not in involved in the 'live' game should pass and follow their pass within their side.
