Screen 1 (15 mins)

- Possession exercise focusing on creating combination triangles all over the field. 

- Looking for players to understand moments of support to play combinations to then play out of pressure.

- Inviting pressure to play out to weak-side

- Defensive actions = staying compact & hard to play through, Reacting to turnovers

GAME

- 9 v 9

- Area is set out with 8 gates (4 inside + 4 corner)

- Coaches have the balls on opposite sides for quick entries to keep the intensity high.

- Complete 10 passes = 1 pt

- Complete pass through gates x 6 = 1pt

- Inside gates worth = 2 pts

Progressions

- When passing through the gate - player must receive & connect another pass before gaining the point

- Turn overs - If you win the ball & find a pass through a gate = 1pt

                    - If you lose the ball & Win it back within 2 passes = 1pt
