Activation Game (15 mins)

5m x 10m box with end zones 

2v2 with a bounce 

Team must get from one end zone to another.

The ball into the end zone must be above head height 

Nobody is fixed to any zones but only one from each team is allowed in the zone at one time.

Balls Under Pressure (15 mins)

1. Ball is thrown into the six yard box. Change the angle of the throw as needed. 

2. Players in the box (other keepers) apply appropriate pressure. 

3. Keeper takes the cross and then takes the ball from the other side

Open Practice (30 mins)

1. Ball is thrown into the six yard box. Change the angle of the throw as needed. 

2. Players in the box (other keepers) apply appropriate pressure. 

3. Keeper takes the cross and breaks the line of the pressure and distributes into the goal. 

4. Keeper in the other goal has a high starting position. They then transition back into their goal to save the ball going into the net. If it is a clean catch they can then shoot back into the original goal.
