Playing in 4-3-3 formation so for this practice set up in a 2-2-3
7 v 7 inclu. GK's.
Team in possession has 10 seconds to shoot, then possession is turned over and the other team attack there goal. With the time limit look to increase or decrease depending on ability, success rate etc.
Objective is to create and convert as many shooting opportunities as possible.
Challenge is to score more points than the other team.
Goal = 1 pt
Score with header = 2pts
Contingency if only have one goal is to allow one team to have 10, 10 second attempts afterwhich the other team have the same and the team with the most points win, Introducing that competitive element into the practice.

Organisation:
5v5 with 1xNeutral Player.
Yellow team start with the ball from GK, they can only shoot once they have entered the shade area (which will be clearly highlighted).
Red player will act as a neutral player creating overload and be active for the team with possession at that time.
When team score they must turn and attack other goal.
