Exercise:
3 attackers play the ball around in the triangle. when the first one gets the ball back, the attack starts and defender 1 comes in to the square. Attackers have to bring ball behind square for scoring

Goal: learn players to make a nice blocktackle with stick
Exercise:
A passes to B, B runs towards A who makes a clean tackle and continues scoring. A takes position B.
