Organisation: Attacking overload wave game. Players are divided into 2 teams
1) 1v0
2) 2v1
3) 3v2
4) 4v3
Process repeats 3 times before teams swap end

Progressions:
1) Competition between each team to see how many goals are scored
2) Goals scored by using a crossover run is worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
Ball speed, weight of pass fired in accurately to team mate
Crossover movement to disorganise DF
Be creative, use different parts of the feet
Attack at match speed
Drive & Slide, commit the DF
Closest route to goal, be ruthless in final third
Get shots of low and into the corners

Organisation: Type of finish SSG, players are divided into 3 teams.
6vs6+6 depending on numbers with both teams being able to. First team to score 2 goals wins the game, if no winners after 3 mins then 1 team must go off. Teams in possession can use the neutral team on the outside as bounce players.Keep scores of each game for competition. if only 1x keeper, team attacking no keeper, can only score inside the box
Progressions:
1) 1 touch finish gets you 2 goals which means the game can be won by 1 goal.
2) Have to use an outside player to combine with before scoring in the goals.
Coaching Points:
Ball speed, play through around or over.
SSG Width & depth in possession to open up goal scoring chances,
Create a diamond in possession.
Use of overloads to work shooting opportunities 2vs1, 3vs2.
Commit DF's before sliding passes on the attacking overloads.
Be relentless on the basics of touch then finish, good first touch sets up easier shooting chance.
Head & eyes up for awareness to constantly see the picture developing.
Make forward runs to constantly be active & attack the goal/space.
Body in position to strike the ball, angled approach to the ball.
Non kicking foot planted by side of the ball, head over the ball when striking.
Select surface of the foot & strike,

Rondo Variation (10 mins)
Organisation: Rondo variation. Players are divided into 3 teams
1 team in each box, 1 team on outside
Ball played in, 2x DF press and try to win the ball.
Every time they win the ball/force a mistake, they get a point.
ATT teams try to switch the ball through the gates, then 2x different DF press
2 mins. Twice as DF
Progressions:
1) Competition between each teams to see who wins the ball back/forces mistake most
2) ATT teams must make 5 passes before switching the play

Angles to receive and minimal amount of touches
