1) player to start by dribbling around cones free run. Use lots of touches, inside, outside, sole rolls
2) 3 players to each square of cones, Pass the ball clockwise and move the the next cone anti clock wise, then reverse. Look for receiving the ball on the back foot, opening body to pass to next player

Organisation
Coach will send the ball to attacking team, Defending team to defended 2 v 3, 1 player must run around Dome (pole) to create recovering run.
Defending team to slow play up and press wide allowing recovering player to join defence, Attackers to score in goal, defenders to win ball and play through gates
Coach will manage the Red Team to create and exploit overloads. The Blue Team will be coached to ensure realism when defending (Slowing play/protecting central area/ forcing wide). Q&A, Guided-Discovery, the Coaching Process & Terminal Feedback will be utilised as Intervention

Encouraging creativity by performing 1v1 skills with different types of dribbling during 3v2s & in wide areas. Encouraging Decision-Making, understanding when to share the ball or when to stay on the ball. Encouraging to commit defenders by staying on the ball and making dummy runs to open spaces or receive the ball themselves.
