RED (4-2-2) (Being coached)
BLUE (4-2)
Subprinciples:
1. transitions
2. force wide, make the pass predictable, staying tight and press slowly, leave the furthest players
Area size: half pitch
Targets: reds score both mini goals, blues score the blue goal
Players: 9 reds (with GK) v 6 blues
Time: 4 mins
Organistion:
1. Gather all players to the tactical board to explain principles
2. Brief inroduction of targets, formation, players, time
3. Explain the switch playing principles for reds and defending switch playing play principles each in brief
Key words for switching: make pitch big, keep ball wider, good timing to pass, good ball speed, tight touch and open body body to pass.
