Player A passes to Player B inside the box
Player B gives it straight back then repositions to behind the box, facing forward.
Player A passes to Player B who receives moving forward on the angle to the left.
Player C makes an arcing lead through the lane and receives a hard sweep from Player B
Player C receives in the lane, runs through and curls around the top of it then has a shot.
The next rep then goes from the other side.
Rotation is follow your pass then join the outside after you shoot.

First talk through proper technique for the squeeze shot (i.e. short handle grip, hands together, either sideways or back to goal, ball behind feet, punching into the ground etc.)
Then have players practice by themselves in a space against a fence.
Eventually, a simple drill is to have a player run along the baseline and pass the ball straight back to someone with their back to goal (or sideways) to take a squeeze shot.
NOTE: Can be done on both sides if enough distance in between. On left side, encourage trapping with upright reverse trap so back is to the goal.

Player A passes a ball to player B. Player A then takes a second ball and dribbles into the circle for a shot on goal. Player A then repositions to receive a guard pass (90˚!) from player B and have a second shot.
Meanwhile, player B receives the pass from player A and dribbles along the cone line and then along the baseline. Player B then sends a guard pass to player A (must be 90˚).
After player A receives the guard pass from player B, player D may pass a third ball to player C (hard sweep or scoop). Player C receives the pass and plays a pass to player A who has repositioned for a post up. Player A then has a third shot on goal (preferably forehand).
Rotation goes A -> B -> C -> D -> A
**If you do not have enough players or it's breaking down, eliminate player D's involvement by putting a stack of balls at position C.
Short summary:
Player A will get 3 chances on goal. Second chance must come from a guard pass at 90˚. Player D must be engaged as they will send the third pass.

- Ball starts with Player A near the sideline. Pass is made in to the Player B at the top of the D who quickly gives the ball back and makes an arching run to the baseline.
- After receiving the ball back, and turing towards goal, the player runs and lifts the ball over two hurdles/cones/tires along the baseline.
- Player C leads from the back post to the stroke spot, receives the ball on their backhand and does a quick shot/ squeeze shot/ flick on net.
NOTE: Focus on getting a quick shot off. After the set, follow your pass and the shooter proceeds to the X to rest for one round.
CP: Ball carrying position, keep it in a threathening position with maximum stick on ball contact. Hard accurate passes. Controlled lifts. Full control before shooting, get a shot off quick either on the forehand or backhand. Looking for quick release rather than power.
Progression: From stationary to dynamic. Introduce lifts and bouncing passes to older, more capable athletes. Challange the shooter with specific shots. i.e. force them to gain control a specific way for a specfic shot.
Player at X is not involved in the drill.
