Organization:
-Field dimensions: 30x20
-Divide group into two teams - each on one endline (make 2 lines on each post)
-Bunch of balls with each team
Instructions:
-Play starts with attackers first touch
-Players scrimmage 2v2 and score by shooting ball into goal
-If the ball goes over the end line or a goal, the defending team (blue) steps off, and new blues come on with the ball. The red team now becomes defending team
Coaching Points:
-This is a quick, fast paced game so players must pay attention when their turn to come on the field
- When transitioning from offense to defense (after ball goes over endline), get back into defensive position quickly and pressure the ball
-Attackers, dribble at speed and try to get to goal as fast as possible, dribbling and passing with teammate

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Organization:
- Setup 25x25 yard grid. Every player has a ball.
-Players must dribble randomly throughout the grid while the coach calls out different moves
-The coach can also call on players to volunteer their favorite moves. The goal is to allow players to come up with their own moves and show teammates.
-In addition to moves you can also call out: "Switch" (players leave their ball and find another one. Change of speed (fast, slow, medium). Right/Left foot only dribble. etc..
Coaching Points:
-If the moves are too complex, focus on change of direction, speed, toe taps, switching.
- Heads up and looking for space
Progression:
-Coach walks around and poked ball away to add pressure.
*If extra time, can play knockout, tag, sharks and minnows, etc..

-Need to alternate colors (ex- red then yellow, yellow then red)
-Right/Left foot only
-Coach can walk around and block gates to make it harder
