GK 2-3-1 V 2-4-2 - Keep score 5 minute games (defending team gets the draw)
Change players around
Blues get the ball from server and keep possession until able to pass into the attacking final third (either of the strikers or a midfielder running from deep and play 3v2 to goal ( must shoot within 5 seconds)
If GK has possession play out from back against 2 forwards (1 mid can drop in to build out.) defenders can progress into middle third when in possession, score by playing a pass into the server or running the ball into mid red zone.
Allow a red midfielder to drop in to help defend.
