Turning full pressure individual possession (15 mins)
Organization
25x25 yard grid
grid divided by 2 channels
5-8 players per grid
Instructions
Parts 1
-defendr starts by running in between the two gates as soon as the defender reaches the gate the attacker will start
-attacker must tryto penetrate through one of the gates ahead using turns or 1v1 moves to iunballance the defender to score.
-if the defender steels they will need to transition by playing a pass to the next person in the attacking line.
-rotate sides each go
Part 2
-two players set out and make a run around the goals to the oposite side and recieve a ball
- the first player who recives the ball becomes the attacker and the other the defender .
-the attacker must try to score in either goal to win
-if the defender steels they will play a pass back into the server to win
-rotate in number order

-unballance using moves
-sheild and protect the ball with turn

Instructions
-Player without the ball will make a run infront of the center cone they will perform a turn and pass to the next person in the line they came from and rotate to the opposite side
-the player who origonally passed the ball will now repete the process from the other side

-add two defenders in the center to try and steel the balls as there played in

-one player will set off toward the triangle completing the sequence of 3 turns before moving to the other side of the grid
-once the first player reaches the last turn of the triangle that is the visual que for the player from the opposite side to go completing the sequence in the opposite direction.
