- Be brave, lead with the hands

then move across into a K block from wide player.
Wide players feed is to side foot to goal once GK is set.(Feeder is 3 yards from GK)

Ball starts with wide feeder to volley to GK.
Gk can then roll or pass ball to central feeder
Central feeder - pass to wide feeder/pass in-front of wide feeder/Take a heavy touch towards goal
If pass to wide feeder they must take a touch towards goal to force decision of Smother/block

Coach is in the middle of the square and can try score in any goal using flicks or side foot only
Ball is rolled into the coach by a GK and all GK's are then live in the drill
