Individual Turns & Tricks
Set-up: Channel 16x6 with line set at 7 yards for first grid. (Defender in middle for second progression).
Organization: 4-5 players with one ball per grid.
Activity: First player dribbles to cone line, turns and plays to second player. 90-seconds per move per foot.
Turn list: Cut / Chop / Pull back / Sole / Cruyff / Step-over / Step-over, pull back / Heel pass

Shooting Progression
Each player has a ball. 2-minutes per activity
Opposite players make a diagonal pass to one another and shoot the opposite ball.
Progression 1: Slotted far post
