1 - Goalkeeper not on Goal Line but ready to come and CLAIM
2 - Full Back 3 Yards from Goal and 1 Yard Outside the Post for any front post delivery. If its a Short Corner Goes out to press the ball along with number 4
3 - Full Back - 2 Yards inside the post for anything short to make the goal smaller. If a longer deliver protects the back post area. If it goes short he leaves the back post and takes up duty on the front post
4 - Wide Player - Protects the edge of the box. Is ready for anything short along with number 2
5 - Wide Player - Comes back to help sort marking. Picks up if needed but if not goes back up to create an extra player for use on the counter
6 - Centre Backs - Central Midfielders - Number 9 - Pick up and get touch tight. Not allowing players to gain yards on them
7 - Number 10. Stays high nearest side to ball to initiate attacks
