Set Up:
Using a 20*20 area, play 3v3 with 4 neutral players on the outside of the grid on each side. Team attempts to keep possession using any of the 4 neutral players and their teammates. Neutral players on the outside are limited to two touches and cannot play to other outside players.
Play 2 minute rounds then switch the neutral players
Progression 1: Teams score by playing from one side to the opposite side
Progression 2: To score a point teams must now play from one side through to the opposite side, then back in and out to any neutral player on the outside
Progression 3: Must play from one side to the other with a combination in the middle before playing out to the opposite side or play to opposite side through the grid twice

Set Up:
Use an area the width of the 6 yard box, length is from the half line to the top of the top of the box (see diagram). Play 3v3 plus 2 neutral players, one on each side of the grid. Each team has a #6, #8, & #10.
Teams must play to both sides before they can score or connect 7 passes.
Play 2 minute intervals.
Progression: In transition moments team can go directly to goal (3 passes or less).

Set Up:
Use an area width of the 18 yard box and length half line to top of the 18 yard box (see diagram).
Teams play 6v6 in a 2-3 formation with two center backs and 3 central midfield players (#4, #5, #6, #8, #10). Teams must play to both sides or connect 7 passes before they can score.
Play 6 minute intervals.
Progression 1: On transition team that won the ball can go straight to goal (3 passes or less)
Progression 2: Completely unrestricted
