Players start in 2x2 area in the middle of the circle. Players sprint into outside player and perfrom. after perfomance players recover back into the square, and burst out again. 1 min on 1 min off

Players sprint diagonally across the field and stop. REst 30 seconds and run to next flag. stop 3 second rest then run diagonally, to rest 30 seconds and then finish with srpint back to where they started. run 2 times.

3 team possession. teams play 2v1in area. once attacking team looses the ball then that team becomes the new defenders.

Player in pairs. 1st player runs to point and back 2 times. on returnign from 2nd run, partner then takes off and performs the same set. 1st player rests while partner is running.

Players play 5x5 in the middle with 2 players on the outside. black team start by keeping possession. their aim is to switch play from one blue to the other. White team, try to stop the swtich; as soon as they win it go straight to both goals to score. play restarts with black possession. 4x5
