Initial Game (25 mins)
5v2 with 1v1 zones
-team in possession (5 players) works to complete minimum of 5 passes (against 2 defenders) before attempting to transfer ball across to the other team - this can happen 2 ways...
-A) using wide players: players in wide zones are not involved in possession until team passes to them (after at least 5 passes). They stay in their own half, but once the attacker receives a pass, the defender can enter their wide zone to try and stop them from getting across the line. Once pass is received, they can try and beat their opponent to dribble across the centre line and get the ball into play into the opposite zone
-B) players in the regular play area can combine and try to pass or dribble the ball across the middle line.
-transferring over middle line = 1 point, transferring by dribbling over in wide zone = 2 points
-once ball goes across, defenders rejoin their team and 2 players from opposing team enter zone as defenders
-after some time, rotate wingers
