This sessions focus is to get players back on the ball after the break, and just to have some fun.
I would encourage to keep a fluid and active session as the first one back, because normally players are a bit distracted on the first session back, as they 'catch-up' etc. So having an active session, with play, keeps them engaged, but allows them to socialize as well.

Handball is always a fun activity to start with as it brings good intensity and requires movements similar to the game.
Rules:
Teams play 1 directional
Score by getting the ball to the end player on the side you are attacking
Receiver needs to stop asap after catching the ball, and then can't move from the spot, but can turn freely on the spot (do not give them a certain amount of steps, players will abuse that and it will slow the game down). Can limit the duration of possession, example: Max 3 seconds with the ball
Dropped = Ball Turnover
Slap Down = Ball to Defender
Out ball, turnover and start where exited play
Ball can't be thrown more than 1/3 at a time, turnover at spot ball was thrown from
Endline players should always look to offer an passing option to the attacking team and both can be used by attackers

Coaches can decide how many players they want to call, but my suggestion would be to call minimum 2 at a time, if you have more than 10 players.
Players will enter the field as soon as coach calls the numbers, coach decide which tea to feed, and then the game is live, till either a goal is scored, or the ball leaves the field.
Tips:
Get new players going as soon as other ball is dead (goal or out of bounds)
Let the game go continuously and collect balls after the stack is depleted, rather than gathering the whole time.
Put cones next to the net for players to have a beacon that represents their spot (brings a lot more organization)
Match players up, and attempt to balance sides as well. Switch matchups a little bit after a few rounds, keep teams.

Pre-Session Activity
This activity is focused on getting players to have some individual touches on the ball and preparing themselves for the session to come.
Give them a challenge as they arrive and they need to try and complete. Example:
Do 50 Ball Juggles (individual or continues doesn't matter),
then Dribble and do 12 Skill moves (at least 2 different skills), and do 10 toe taps after each move.
Adjust to player ability level.
Setup: Drop a square of cones, and player's collect a ball as they enter the square. Attempts objective at own pace.
