15-30 Minutes + 10 Mins with Team
-Focus is on building GKs confidence; they set the number of reps to feel comfortable.
-If crunched for time, the first portion covers entire technical basis needed for match.

A - GK starts off the angle close to near post. On their own they adjust w/shuffle into 2nd goal position and deal with low collapse dive (2-3 times) and then mid range. (service is for success and increases range)
B - GK starts off the angle and shuffles into the ball line on their own and deals with a volley, half volley or ball from floor into control zone. 2-3 times until GK is comfortable. Then 2-3 of tryinng to beat GK.
C - 3-5 crosses per side.
D. If time allows: long distribution for accuracy.
3-Cone Footwork 15 mins (15 mins)
GK Begins w/3-4 mins of jogging and dynamic movments [Shuffles, cross over steps, open the gate, close the gate, leg kicks/swings, shoulder circles, arm swings] - Any light static stretching needed.
A. [5-7 yds away]- GK starts at right cone w/1-touch pass, then moves through cones in set-shape before playing around 1-touch pass. (3-4 passes per foot) {Footwork is GKs choice}
~2-touch pass
~Chest down then pass back or thigh-down w/volley
(Once GK is comfortable progress to server B)
B. [5-7 yds away]- GK starts behind cones, steps through cones and gets set. Deals with ball from the floor for front smother/scoop [4-6 reps]
~Start in-front of cones and back-set behind cones to deal w/Volleys/Half-Volleys
C. [10-15 yds away] - GK starts outside cones and chooses footwork, once through cones, adjust to infront of them to deal with longer pass: 1 and 2 touch, on the ground and in the air. (10-12 each foot)
D.[10-15 yds away] -GK starts at right or left cone facing out, drop steps to get into ball line, and gets set. Deals with ball from the floor for front smother/scoop [2-3 times per side]

~Tossed ball for high contour/"cross"
