Screen 1 (25 mins)

Organization:

3 players on each team

One half line

Instructions:

Players will try to header the ball to other side without middle players touching the ball

players to start can head the ball by them selfs or they can toss to one of their players to head the ball to other side. Other opposing team must head as well.

If middle players touch the ball then they switch with player that gave the wrong pass right away.

Screen 2 (30 mins)

Organization:

2 players on blue and one on red

One player will be feeding the balls to the blue players

Instructions:

Feeding Player must Toss the really high to the blue player, Once player tosses the ball to blue, blue player has to head the ball over the opposing green line to score. Red player can go and press to win the ball and score on the goal right after feeding player tossed the ball

Call out whos ball it is

Make sure to take some speed before the approach to header.

Always challenge the ball

Progressions:

Progression will be a 2v2 after or 3v3

Screen 3 (30 mins)

Organization

Golie, 5 reds and 5 blues

2 goal nets at mid field line

Instructions:

Golie will start by punting the ball high to the blue players, for the blue players to first head the ball immediately out of the area. Red players right away after the punt, they must challenge the ball. Reds can score after the ball is played to the 2 counter goals.

Blue gets one point for heading the ball, one point for scoring

Reds get one point for scoring.

Restarts will always be from the keeper.
