PASSING: NUMERICAL PASSING
Groups of four to six players. One ball to start, can add a second ball (ex. balls with 1 and 4
1. Pass to the next number and move (1-2, 2-3,3-4,4-1
2. On "Leave it" Player in possession of the ball leaves it, the player they would pass to sprints to the ball and fins the next number
3. Two balls
4. Competition between groups. Who can play the fastest and the cleanest 1 minute

Players pass and move in their area.. Start game with 5 points and gain a point for each successful pass. Lose a point if the ball stops moving or goes out of bounds

UK PASSING II
Players are numbered 1-6 or needed. Players pass and move in their area. When a coach calls out a number, that player leaves and sprints to other side attempting to steal a ball. Team that can keep possession the longest earns a point for their team
