Split squad in to 2 or 3 groups. Organise different activities so each group does seperate sharp feet exercises and finishes with a sprint. They then jog back and start on the next lane. Work in 5 minutes blocks.
Exercises:
1) zig zag through cones
2) Sprint in ladders - in the middle reach out and touch cone on the side
