Organisation (brief description of session):

1. Passing in sequence R - Y - B.

2. Passing in sequence R - Y - B must change 1/4s having passed ball.

3. 2 touch, 1 touch as above in sequence.

4. As above we can incorporate 1/2 tmr plays etc.

5. Game

Learning Objectives:

Technical:

Passing, long and short with emphasis on being on the ground inside, outside foot and laces.

Tactical:

The ability to deliver passes to space and feet in the attacking area and the most associated with this.

Physical:

Very demanding. High tempo. Anerobic session plans. Co-ordination, timing and agility.

Psych/ Social:

Concentration is vital in this practice along with communication.

Coaches Comments:

Dissapointing due to 4 players playing well below standard set. Visulisation is important for 1st touch & decision making in relevant 1/3s of the field.
