Pair Pass & Receive (10 mins)

SESSION: Players are paired in twos with 1 ball. They aim to pass & receive with unlimited touches back & forth to eachother, The challenge will raise by using two touches, then only 1 touch, where we practice our bounce before passing

COACHING POINTS: Eyes up before making our pass to our teammate

Stop, have the ball in front & bounce into the pass.

Come in from a diagonal or staright angle.

Triangles of Passing. (20 mins)

SESSION: Two groups are divided as shown. Both groups will pass & move, the first player passes into group #2 & moves behind three cones to receive in next spot. Then player from group #2 after passing, will move into next spot to receive a pass from player of group #1. They will exchange roles & groups.
