 What: Timed Run Finishing.   An activity George O’Neil used at a DYSA MiniCamp. Player 1 plays a ball to Player 2 that is both inside the path of thecones and in front of the cones when the ball is played by Player 2.

This is a Stage 1or Stage 2 activity.

Why: Finishing inand around the penalty area.

Where: Final(attacking) third of the field
