In this session were looking at Attacking players movement to make play predictable.
Once achieved, we can then move onto Midfield to look at there movement, shape and press.

Coaching Blue team to Defend from the Front
* Play starts with GK (plays out to one of the defenders)
* Reds have to dribble the ball through one of the three gates to score
* If blues win possession try to score in big goal as normal
COACHING POINTS
* Start position of 9 & 10 (drop to encourage GK to play out, but not to deep so you can still get into position quickly to press)
* First Striker to split defenders to stop them playing back across goal and press defender with ball (angle of run)
* Second Striker drops between the lines to help prevent ball being played into midfield (position)
* Make play predictable
Which players are the biggest threat in relation to the balls position?
Which players are a lesser threat in relation to the balls position?
Even though the Blues are Underloaded can they cut Red players out so Blues become the Overloaded team?

Once the Strikers and Midfielders are set and compact, we can then start to press and move as units.
COACHING POINTS
Once 9 & 10 have achieved there objectives, can midfield support?
* 7 to press full back and cut off line/pass to opposing wide player
* 9 to press from side/behind to stop play going back to GK or sideways to Defenders
* 10 sits and holds to discourage ball into midfield

Warm Up
* All Players are ON
* If you get 'Tagged' you stay still, do static stretches and watch the player who tagged you.
* When the player who tagged you gets tagged, they do static stretches and you continue to play
* If players tag each other at the same time - Rock, Paper, Scissors loser stretches

* Communication - Talk to other players to tell them who to Tag so you can join in again.
* Awareness - WHERE are you positioned?
