30 metre  x 20 metre (30 x 2.5 metre wide zones)

players:

3 v 3 (+3 supporting players 1 centre pitch and the 2 opposite sides in coned zones)

2 keepers that stay in goal

SSG

object:

1st team to score 4 goals. If 1 team score with a 1 touch finish they automatically win and  the supporting players swap with the losing team. Each player taking the place of a supporting player.

only the supporting players can go in the wide zones they are allocated to.

coaching points:

good movement:

Make good angles for player with the ball.

Defending team to close down players to stop the shot.

quick transition for Defending into attack and visa versa 

wide players to look for the through ball or get to the by line and find attackers with hard low passes.

progression:

A player can enter the wide zone if a support player has the ball, 

Wide support players can join the main pitch to join the team that has passed to them. If the other team win the ball they have to go back to the zone until they get passed to again.
